Form is not sending or receiving submissions
The most common reason a form stops working is a missing or unconfigured recipient email. Without it, Framer doesn't know where to send the submissions.
To fix it:
Select the Form layer in your project
In the right panel, find the Send to field
Make sure it's set to your own email address
