Manage CMS Collections

These are ready-to-use prompts for customizing your template with the Framer AI agent. Copy one, replace anything in [brackets] with your own details, and paste it into the Agent panel. Agents are powerful but won't always get it right the first time — if a result isn't what you expected, undo and try again, or make the edit manually.

Get better results:

  • Select the layer or section first (or @-mention it), so the prompt can just say "the selected element" instead of describing it.

  • Be specific — exact colors, fonts, and copy mean fewer tries.

  • For big changes, work in a branch so you can review everything before publishing.

Add a field to a collection

When your content needs an extra piece of data.

In the [X] CMS collection, add a new [text / image / date / link / number / toggle] field called "[X]". Set its default value to [X].

Create a new collection

When you need a content type the template doesn't include.

Create a new CMS collection called "[X]" with these fields: [X — e.g. Title (text), Cover (image), Date (date), Summary (text)]. Add [X] placeholder entries so I can see how it looks.
