Edit Content & Copy

These are ready-to-use prompts for customizing your template with the Framer AI agent. Copy one, replace anything in [brackets] with your own details, and paste it into the Agent panel. Agents are powerful but won't always get it right the first time — if a result isn't what you expected, undo and try again, or make the edit manually.

Get better results:

  • Select the layer or section first (or @-mention it), so the prompt can just say "the selected element" instead of describing it.

  • Be specific — exact colors, fonts, and copy mean fewer tries.

  • For big changes, work in a branch so you can review everything before publishing.

Replace text

When swapping placeholder text for your own. Select the element first.

Replace the text in the selected element with: [X]. Keep the current text style and size.

Rewrite placeholder copy in your voice

When you want the agent to write, not just paste. Select the section first.

Rewrite the placeholder copy in the selected section to describe my [business/product]: [X — a line or two on what it is and who it's for]. Match this tone: [X — e.g. warm and plain-spoken]. Keep it about the same length as the current text so the layout doesn't break.

Swap an image

When replacing a template image with your own. Select the element, attach your image.

Replace the image in the selected element with the image I've attached. Keep the same crop, size, and position.

Update contact info and links site-wide

When you need your real details everywhere at once.

Update all contact details and links across the entire site. Email: [X]. Phone: [X]. Address: [X]. Social links: [X]. Replace any placeholder or example values with these.
