All products sold by Lunis Design are digital and available immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. Please take time to review all product details, previews, and requirements before completing your order.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please reach out to us at info@lunisdesign.com before contacting your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Initiating a dispute or chargeback without first contacting us — or while continuing to access the purchased product — is a breach of these terms.

In such cases, we reserve the right to revoke your template license, ban from future purchases, and submit access logs, remix records, and policy agreements to the payment processor as evidence of fraud. Please be aware that we have a record of when the template was remixed.

When refunds are available

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • You purchased the same template more than once by mistake

  • A technical problem prevents the template from functioning as demonstrated, and our support team is unable to find a fix. Supporting evidence such as screenshots or screen recordings is required.

Requests must be submitted within 10 business days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, minus any transaction fees retained by the payment platform.

When refunds are not available

A refund will not be issued if:

  • You no longer have a use for the template

  • You found a different option you prefer

  • You changed your mind after completing the purchase

  • You are dissatisfied with features that were clearly visible in the listing or demo site

  • You lack the tools, skills, or platform subscription needed to use the template

  • You reported a technical issue without any supporting evidence
